"innovative" and "informatics". Innovative refers to both radical and incremental changes in thinking, in things, in processes or in services. Informatics studies the structure, behavior, and interactions of natural and artificial systems that store, process and communicate information. I3N3 is Marietta, GA-based Company dedicated to assisting individuals and organizations to improve results and reach new levels of performance. Founding Partner Eshan has coached, mentored and trained scores of executives and managers, led large transformational engagements at Fortune 500, enterprise-wide program management, directed governance practice. Eshan has spent nearly equal time in industry and consulting. Eshan led a team to the semi-finals of the International Business Plan competition in San Diego, developed and presented organizational strategic Plans and decision blue prints. His focus of late has been in aligning strategy and people for organizational success. Eshan owns numerous industry recognized professional and training certifications. He has also been part of the industry recognized standards publications. Eshan holds graduate degrees in three disciplines, an MBA (Entrepreneurship), Masters in Computer Science and a Masters in Physics. |
